Unaiza Khan is a certified practitioner in Immigration Law, Policies & Procedures and licensee from the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC), Canada. The former name of CICC before 23rd November 2021 was Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council or ICCRC. The professional designation as conferred by CICC (formerly ICCRC) is that of a ‘Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant’ or RCIC. She is a member in good standing with CAPIC - The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. Besides her qualification in Canadian Immigration, Unaiza has also completed her Post Graduation in Business Management from Xavier’s Institute of Management, India. She specialized in Marketing during her management studies and went on to become a Management Consultant. She focused on business consulting for SMEs and handled a diverse portfolio of clients from industries like Manufacturing, Real Estate, Industrial Equipments, Healthcare, Cosmeceuticals & FMCG. During her tenure as a business consultant, she has worked with some of the country’s top companies and brands, enabling them to achieve significant growth through expansion and diversification. Her work profile primarily involved consulting clients on organization re-structuring, setting up distribution network, strategizing for marketing & branding, making business plans for launch of new products, supervising market research and implementing solutions for cost-control & enhanced productivity.

During early days of her career, she worked in Administration at Manipal University’s College offering Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Information Technology. In yet another managerial capacity role, she worked as a Centre Head for India’s biggest wellness clinic. After working in different industries and management domains including Marketing, Finance, Operations and Human Resources, she found her passion in Travel, that led to her founding a Luxury Inbound Destination Management company. This luxury travel organization catered to high-net worth travelers from U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, U.K. & Europe. Under her leadership, she grew the company to operate in 7 different countries over a decade namely India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri-Lanka, Maldives, China & Japan. She won several awards & was also nominated in luxury travel category, both nationally and internationally. Yet another of her accomplishments are her Copyrighted Tour programs which are one-of-a-kind travel experience curated for the luxury traveler. Some of these tours are focused on women travelers from across the globe and crafted specially to showcase the rich cultural and heritage diversity of Indian sub-continent.

A collective global professional experience of 20+ years combined with her qualification in Canadian Immigration laws allows her to understand the growth and expansion requirements of global businesses.
